Refund & Return Policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Email support@thegoodsnag.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you return instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. You'll get an email when it's done.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email support@thegoodsnag.com with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Need to change or cancel? Email support@thegoodsnag.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best before it ships.
